Yes — we offer a free sample box so you can try our range of noodles. To request one, please fill out our contact form with your business details, delivery address, and the noodle types you’d like to sample. We’ll confirm by email once your sample box is prepared and ready to ship.

As our noodles are made fresh to order, we require 3 days’ lead time. Orders are typically produced the day after confirmation, dispatched the following day, and delivered on day three.

We recommend setting up a standing order to ensure consistent supply — these can be amended or cancelled at any time.

Please remove the insulation panels and ice packs immediately upon delivery to release any pressure on the noodles during transport.

The noodles should then be:

• Refrigerated immediately if using within a few days

• Frozen if not using soon
